First, feel FREE to giggle and roll your eyes at the unbelievably dorky rhyme I've written - it's not meant to be a great poetical feat, it's just meant to be silly and hopefully make you smile.
I call this the fanciest gryphon because I realized while drawing the initial sketch that I'd gone overboard on the feathers, and thought, "Good God, it's so fancy!" That amused me for some reason, and I decided to write a stupid little kiddie rhyme!  Anyway, on to a slightly more serious note. My idea for the design was to come up with a gryphon that was really believable. Hence, he's all feathered and his back legs aren't paws. Also, believe it or not, there's a kind of bird which has curly feathers exactly like my gryphon's - it's a kind of dove called a frillback.  |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
